Covert or covert monitoring and recording is not permitted. It is prohibited to use the platform, equipment and related services to monitor a person without his/her consent, or to monitor an entity/object without the permission of its owner.

It is prohibited to use the AGROMET platform where such use violates the law. It is the user’s responsibility to use the platform in accordance with the legal provisions governing the use of the platform.

The automatic sending of requests to the AGROMET platform, the attempt to deceive the platform’s identification measures and any attempt to act against the platform are prohibited.

User accounts, licenses and usage rights are non-transferable.
